Our commitment to developing an advanced technological infrastructure goes back almost two decades.
From early use of Internet access for legal case research to secure encrypted remote data access from any location around the globe we’ve done it all. And most of the time, we’ve done it longer and we know how to do it better.

Prolaw has created the finest Time and Billing software in the legal industry. Our Prolaw application
database runs on a dedicated server to ensure high performance and solid reliability. Our clients can be assured of accurate and thorough billing that complies with HIPAA and other industry standards.

We currently use a Novell Netware server for our various files and documents. Novell Netware was chosen for its' high level of security and reliability. Backup management applications are also run from this server.

Our Exchange server provides email, calendar, & contact services and secure VPN connections for remote access from outside of the office. The server is enhanced with anti-virus and anti-Spam applications to promote efficiency and security.

Due to its' "Push" based technology Blackberry provides a much more advanced and immediate mobile email experience than any other vendor. This technology requires the server based Blackberry Enterprise Software and additional services. Many firms using Blackberry devices have not made the commitment to the advanced server hardware and software and thus have an inferior mobile experience. Our configuration allows for the most advanced mobile device communications available.
